Breaking Boundaries

Breaking Boundaries shows various ways in which single people, groups, movements or organisations have dared to think and go beyond what was considered possible. Whether it has been unthinkable, inappropriate or simply considered unachievable, it has been done or maybe it is still ahead of us. With this concept our audience could experience the many ways in which people have driven and will continue to drive revolutions of their very own kinds.

Frank-About-Tea.jpg

Frank About Tea

We would like to tell you that Frank about tea was founded out of a passion for tea, but that would be a lie. The company was founded out of a passion for change. In Amsterdam, 2016, after many nightly cups of tea  (and the occasional coffee), we realized that in order to solve the many problems in the tea industry, we first needed to understand where tea comes from and how it is made. We are proud to work on the basis of Direct Trade. This means that we go straight to the plantations to buy the world's best teas from the tea producers. Fewer steps in the process also means that the tea is 100% traceable, which is very important to us. Through Direct Trade Frank about tea succeeds in creating a direct connection between the tea producer and your cup of tea on the other side of the world and yes ... that is quite special.

Stop the Water While Using Me

Water is life. Yet it is polluted, wasted and unfairly distributed. This is exactly what the Hamburg-based natural cosmetics brand STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME! wants to change and showcase with sustainable care products. The entire product line is based 100% on natural, biodegradable ingredients and meets the highest standards of certified natural cosmetics. The label relies on high-quality formulations with purely natural essences and oils and naturally does not use synthetics, animal testing, etc. And because every drop counts, part of the sales proceeds go to the global water initiative GOOD WATER PROJECTS, which brings clean drinking water to where it is most urgently needed.

Hotelschool The Hague

Since the foundation more than 85 years ago, the hotel school has become bigger, more internationally oriented and has professionalised immensely. But the original fundamentals stayed the same, like the dedicated focus on hospitality and the strong connection with the industry. Also the “core business” of the hotel school stayed the same; a centre where hospitality knowledge and skills are bundled, developed, researched, shared and transferred as realistic as possible in order to prepare young hospitality leadership talents for a successful career in the industry.
